HOW CAN I RENT THE PARK THEATRE?
The Park Theatre is available for rent for concerts, theatre, dance, comedy, galas and more! For rental information please contact Kathleen Tormey at ktormey@spectaclelive.com
WILL I BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER THE BUILDING IF I LEAVE DURING A SHOW?
Unfortunately, we have a no re-admittance policy.
WHY DO I ONLY RECEIVE MY TICKETS 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SHOW?
First, receiving your tickets close to your show date minimizes the potential risk of misplacing them. We’ve had many instances of ticket-buyers losing tickets they had purchased several months ago, only to be left stressed trying to find them shortly before the show. By receiving them 24 hours in advance, they are at the top of your inbox! (You will still receive a purchase confirmation email at the time of purchase).
Second, as suspicious ticketing transactions from less reputable (or even illegal) secondhand vendors rise across the live event industry, a shortened window such as this prevents scalpers and other questionable buyers from getting their hands on YOUR tickets. Protecting the security of the Park Theatre’s ticket buyers is a top priority for us, and every decision we make is to ensure our ticket-buyers are guaranteed the best possible customer experience.
HOW CAN I BE SURE I AM PURCHASING LEGITAMITE TICKETS TO A SHOW AT THE PARK THEATRE?
Tickets for Spectacle Live events at the Park Theatre and Event Center in Cranston are only sold through our official ticketing platform Etix.com.
WHY IS SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME THAT I DON’T RECOGNIZE ON MY TICKET?
If you did not purchase your Park Theatre tickets via Etix.com and do not recognize the name on the ticket, it is likely that you purchased through a third-party reseller. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so, are not valid for admission to this event. It is possible you were unnecessarily charged significantly more than the face value of this ticket by not purchasing though our box office. Conversely, tickets purchased for less than face value may have been acquired by fraudulent means. HOW DO I GET THE BEST PRICE FOR TICKETS TO A PARK THEATRE EVENT?
Always purchase official tickets directly from the event organizer to ensure you are receiving official tickets at the best price. For all Spectacle Live events at the Historic Park Theatre and Event Center, purchase official tickets online at Etix.com or contact our box office directly at (800) 657-8774.

WHAT TIME DO DOORS OPEN TO THE THEATRE?
For most performances, doors will open one hour prior to showtime. Please be on the lookout for our preshow email, which will be sent out approximately 48 prior to the performance. This email will contain important information including when doors will open, expected runtime, and more about the specific event you will be attending.
